Three days after Kanpur, we did it bigger. On 25 June 2026, more than 120 plant-nursery dealers from across the Varanasi region filled the room — and the energy was something else.
A bigger room, the same spirit
Varanasi is a strong plant-nursery market, and the turnout showed it — 120+ dealers who live and breathe plants and planters every day. When that many partners give you a full day, you owe them a day worth their time. So we made it count.
Training built for nursery dealers
The sessions were tuned to how nursery businesses actually run, and the takeaways were meant to be used the very next morning:
- Sales — guiding customers to the right planter for the right plant, and growing the average sale without ever pushing.
- Marketing — getting found locally and online, building a name beyond the immediate neighbourhood.
- Time management — running the shop without the shop running you, and freeing up time for the work that grows the business.
Games, schemes, gifts and a lucky draw
It wasn't all sessions. There were games that got the whole hall involved, generous gifts, and a lucky draw that kept everyone on the edge of their seats. We shared our latest dealer schemes in plain terms — partner-friendly offers built to reward loyalty and protect margins — and yes, the order books were busy too.
But here's the truth: bookings were great — the bigger outcome was the bond. You can't build a 50-year brand on transactions alone. Days like Varanasi are where trust gets built, dealer by dealer, handshake by handshake.
